Hello All,

Does anyone know an easy way that multiple users in the same office can simulataneously edit a spreadhseet that is saved on a shared network drive in our office? (it is on a shared network drive, not the Internet)

We have a bunch of people that need to be entering information into a single sheet at the same time because they are completing a time sensitive task. It is taking too long for each person to individually go into the document and make their changes consecutively.

As for software, we are running Excel 2003.

I believe that if you use Google's web based spreadsheet, you can have multiple users in a sheet at the same time. However, I haven't yet figured the best way for us to do this with Excel 2003.

Many thanks.

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Take a look at "Shared Workbook" in the helpfile. Make sure to check out their limitations though, as some features are not extended to shared wb's.
