Hi experts! I have a monthly pivot table that has calculated fields. My table contains tickets of engineers. One calculated field is to show the difference in hours -- this is my formula hours - 172 (this is our average monthly hrs for engineers). what would be my formula in my table, if it's by ticket that the engineers worked on?

Hi

is the example you are looking at

NameTotal TicketsTotal Avg Hours in a monthPer Ticket
Engineer1
300
172:00:00
00:34:24

if it is wrong can you share the sample so that exact logic can be shared
