Size of file seems to be preventing macros working

I have a 3.2MB file, containing lots of formulas. The macros are no longer working (can't be done with available resources...)

What can I do? I don't want to delete any of the formulas or macros

Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
3.2Mb is not very large - I very frequently work with 16-32Mb files -- one possibility is modules with lots of code -- perhaps split them up to several modules; another is entirecolumn array-formulas; another is lots of objects (including comments).
The real answer is I don't know for sure! Feel free to send me the file - Bobumlas@hotmail.com and I'll investigate further. Also, what version of Excel are you using?

Many thanks for your response. Just fixed it myself- Excel "hangs" when there is a filter applied to part of the data subject to one of the formulas.

Thanks anyway!
