Hi.

I have a spreadsheet that I need to skip the blank cell to get a summary of each estimate.
Column A is Item #s 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10
Column B is Est. 5, 3, blank, 2, blank, 4, 7, blank, 2, 8.

My summary sheet should look like Item # 1,2,4,6,7,9, and 10 with the corresponding quantities for each Estimate. Any help would be great.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.

Well you could try filtering the data based on not equal to blank in column B, or maybe using the advanced filter to do this and move to another sheet.
