Hello All

Need a formula to calculate the total duration for a task with the below condition

Business working hours start from 8:00 AM and end 4:00 PM
Task may be assigned to my team at anytime (during or outside the business working hours)
Task may be closed from my team at anytime not just during the working hours
we have no weekends vacations and no public holidays

thanks in advance
