Slicer and pivot table chart

Hi guys,

I have a pivot table pie chart associated with a Slicer.

Have 2 problems with it:
1 - when I clear the slicer filter (so all items are selected), the graph shows values of the first item on the list, instead of showing the totals for all items.
2 - every time I select one item, the color of the pie slices changes. I need to format each slice for each of the possible selection items which is a problem as per the volume and also that the list will change.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
Pedro

It worked by moving the sales person into the filter of the pivot table (instead of column) on the table of the graph only (i am also using another pivot linked to the slicer which is the one i keep visible, while the other that is the source of the graph, I hide).

... and Ben, it did sort the question 2 also.

Many Thanks for the help and patience!

Pedro

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You don't actually need it in the pivot table at all - the slicer will still function.
