Hi,

I have a pivot table that i have manually sorted(dragged and dropped rows) to put the data in the right order, however whenever i select and unselect a filter from a connected slicer the order goes back to what Excel thinks it should be.

an example of the data i sorted would be:

1
2
3
4
5
51-60
101-200

When i use the slicer it sorts it this way:
1
101-200
2
3
4
5
51-60.

Is there any way of stopping this happening?

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
This was a while ago so I don't know if you have resolved this.
If you haven't have you tried turning off Sort automatically every time the report is updated.

Right-Click in the field being sorted.
Sort > More Sort Options > More Options > Sort automatically every time the report is updated - Uncheck it.
