Hi Folks- help on the following would be appreciated.

I have a KPI dashboard with a rake of pivot tables, charts, slicers etc.

I have two tables which I have slicers for, they show the same data etc however this allows me to show comparisons from year to year.

Up until now these slicers have behaved themselves controlling the tables they are supposed to.

However now, both slicers are controlling both tables. If I check Report Connections and ensure they are not looking at the same tables, they re-assign their connections and link up to each other.

Can anyone tell me why these two slicers are linking themselves to each other? I have deleted them and made new ones a few times, checked the report connections, and each time they go back to linking themselves to the same table.

What's more, I now note that they are also controlling some charts too- they truly have a mind of their own!

If anyone can offer some pearls that will rectify this, I would appreciate it!
