Good morning everyone! I have a problem that I have never seen before and I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a single, very short "dash" or "line" appearing in the lower left corner of all my merged cells in a specific Excel spreadsheet. I am using Excel 2010. When I design a form in Excel, I typically set the row height "6" and the column width to ".5" on all the cells so it is almost looks like 1/8" graph paper on the screen. Then I can merge groups of cells to whatever size I need them to be, and this also gives me the ability to move the merged cells around on the page as I need to. I have never had this problem before and I make forms in Excel all the time in this same way. These small black "dashes" appear on the screen and also when I print the document. I can select the cells and delete it but it just re-appears again after I save the document. I have tried unmerging and remerging and deleting everything and making sure there are no "borders" anywhere, but these dashes persist. I would be very grateful for any help you can provide.
Best regards,
Tosty
