Hi all

I have a big sheet with many functions, but to make it smaller I copyed and pasted all values, so it was surpost to be small in M-bits. But it was still 19 mbit.

So i tryed to delete all sheets minus one. and it files 1,4 mbit, and it is a emty sheet.

My questions is is there some plase in Excel where i can see what is taking all this diskplace???

 HELP

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Hi Claus,

Sounds like the real last cell is not correct. Try pressing Ctrl and End together - does this take you to where you think the last cell is or to somewhere further down the sheet?

Hi welcome to the board.
There are a number of possible answers.
I suggest you check the following:
Are there hidden rows or columns in the sheets?
Are there hidden worksheets?
Is the sheet in fact "empty"? Are cells formatted with white text or formattted ;;; so that text is hidden??

As Richie suggests. select Ctrl + End to get to the last cell. Note it and then type in the name box "A1: the last cell" without the "" and then Edit Clear All.
