I NEED A MACRO THAT I CAN ASSIGN TO A BUTTON TO SHOW THE FORM LISTING ALL THE DATE FROM ONE SHEET IN ANOTHER.

EXAMPLE: SHEET 1 - TIMESHEET HAS A DROPDOWN LIST USING VLOOKUP ON SHEET 2-EMPLOYEES

DEPENDING ON EMPLOYEE SLECTED OTHER CELLS ARE CHANGED TO INCLUE ADDRESS ETC USING VLOOKUP IN THOSE CELLS.

BUT TO ADD A NEW EMPLOYEE I HAVE TO GO TO SHEET 2 AND SCROLL DOWN A LENGTHY LIST. VERY TIME CONSUMING.

I CAN MANUAL SELECT FORMS FRON THE MENU AND ADD NEW EMPLOYEES. THIS IS EASY FOR ME BUT MY CO WORKERS FIND THIS CONFUSING. PLEASE IF YOU KNOW OF A MACRO I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

A MILLION THANKS

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Sounds like a button to start the new employee form, and the start of the code in the form is soemthing like:

Dim Rw as integer
Rw = Range("EmployeeSheet!A1").end(xlDown).row

Range("A" & Rw) = employee name or whatever to fill out the employee data.
