I AM WORKING ON A PAYROLL PROGRAM. THE ROWS WITHOUT INFORMATION IN THE LAST COLUMN I DON'T WANT TO BE PRINTED. WHAT STATEMENT CAN I PUT IN TO TELL THE PRINTER NOT TO PRINT? I HAVE ASKED THIS BEFORE, BUT SEEMED TO HAVE LOST THE ANSEWER? THANK YOU

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Highlight the columns and rows that you wish to print. Click FILE, and click on PRINT AREA, then click SET PRINT AREA. If you have multiple areas that you wish to print, but they are split by a column or a row (s), then highlight the column/row(s) that you need, and hold CTRL key to move to the next selection needed, then proceed to set print area.

FYI: Check your Print Preview to make certain that you have the columns you need first before you click print.
