Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
owaiz,

I get what your trying to do, but I'm not clear about how your data is set up.

Col A - dates
Col B - day names
Col C - a value from {M,N,H}

how do we know which agent these entries are associated with? where is the 'end of the table'.

Post back with more details about your table format...

OWAIZ,

What are you trying to schedule for?
Can you put a quick demo of the sheet up.

Either myself of Ian Mac should be able to help (There you go Ian, Volunteered!) we've done a fair bit of this stuff. Although I will say there is some VERY good freeware out there for scheduling and Excel may not be the way to go.

Hope this helps.
