Sorry A bit dumb about remove space

Hi

In cell a1 to a50 the text has no spaces before the text starts but in cell b1 to b50 there is a space or two before the text, whats the easy way to remove the space

How about this...
In C1 enter =TRIM(B1) and copy down to C50.
Copy C1:C50 and paste special as values in B1.
Delete column C.

That do what you're after?
