I tried to sort as shown below but it sort only 3 columns so far 4th column data remain in the descending order. Like G6 remains 21 & G7 remains 15...G15=42, G16=24, G17=33

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
All you need to do is sort the data by one column (the lowest priority) then sort again by the other 3 columns.

Solution
All you need to do is sort the data by one column (the lowest priority) then sort again by the other 3 columns.
Fluff, thank you for the tip I have spent 20-hours instead of sorting column D, E and F now sort as per your suggestion E, F and G and it worked fine.

Thank you so much for you help.

Kind Regards
Moti :)

Sort on cols E & F, then sort on cols B, C & D
Yes master Fluff, following as per your suggested step it sorted as I request thank you so much for your kind help and time.

It is just a question does there is any unique solution to sort all 5 at a time in one step only because I am facing this problem in different situations.

Kind Regards
Moti :)
