Hi, I am trying to sort and delete a lot of unneeded data that I have copied from a website into a new document, I need to delete all the schools and shows that are from the United States and then would like to sort the remaining list alphabetically by school name. I have read about unmerging and filling the blank cells with the same data but this doesn't help me finding all the schools from the United Stated and deleting each 4 rows as the address copies over 4 rows. I hope this makes sense and there is a easy to use VBA macro workaround. I have uploaded a screen shot to see how the data looks copied into excel.

Many Thanks

Matt

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Hi, thanks for the reply, this is something I would need to do weekly as the website updates all its data, once I'm able to delete all the United States address and then sort the schools (if possible) I'd then like to remove any schools I already have on a different list but its the work load of removing the United state schools and sorting that takes the most time currently having to complete it manually.
