Hi,

I have the latest Excel version and fully up to date (just updated it). But the SORT() and FILTER() functions are missing.

How do I enable/install them?

Thank you

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Check if you need a new update. go to File, Account, and go to Office Updates

Those functions are only available with 365. So if you are using 2019 (as shown in your profile) you will never get them.

Please take a minute to read the forum rules on cross-posting, and make sure to follow them in future. Thanks. :)

Thank you. What cross posting? I posted only once in this forum. The only other post I made in ExcelForum.com not on this forum...

That is exactly what cross-posting means. If you read the rules, you will understand. ;)

Thank you. May I ask what the logic behind that rule is? It makes no sense to me. If you post only in one forum you might be sitting there waiting for ages for a reply.
If you post in more than one you 1) might get answers you would not have received in another forum and get more varies suggestions and 2) get them faster (often time is extremely important)

Thank you :)

Read the rules and you will see a link there explaining the reasoning.
