Sort by 2nd Row Field in Pivot Table - possible via VBA or some design

Hi,
Is it possible to sort by the second row field in a pivot table? Seems the 1st row field is the default sort order. Maybe VBA solution?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
