Sort data by route and stop order

I have a worksheet with 10 columns of data but I want to sort the data by route and then by stop order:

1	Route	Stop
2	1	1
3	1	2
4	1	3
5	1	4
6	2	1
7	2	3
8	2	2
9	2	4
10	3	1
11	3	3
12	3	2
13	3	4
14	4	3
15	4	2
16	4	1

This is just the first 2 columns but it is possible to apply a sort in excel to give me my results by route and then stop order - like the first one in green, this is correct then it goes out of sequence?

I have no idea what this type of sort would be called so struggling to find any information online.

You can simply sort by Route then by stop using the sort button on the data tab.

Thank you.....I have not used that function for years - my brain was thinking formulas and helper columns!
Feels like a silly question now, but sometimes I need a push in the right direction to make sure I don't overcomplicate things thank you
