Sort exported csv based on combination of column B & E values

Apologies, but I have no idea how to paste a copy of my excel sheets into this post (other than uploading).
I see that you can add blank columns/rows but I don't see the value of this since you can' then paste into.

Could some one point me in the correct direction with attempting to achieve the following results from an Exported CSV file:
one instance of each VTR_Name
with All of the following instances of "V-Who" that the VTR_Name is coming into Speak with.
then an Additional 5 X Blank Spaces for each record (visitor) this is in-case this changes on the day, to allow for adding to additional "V_Who"/s

As shown below more than one "VTR_Name"(ie-person) may be coming in to speak with the following " V_who"/s

Note:

I don't know if this will help or not but the

the "ZZZZZZZZ" in Column B are always the "V_who"/s
"ZZZZZZZZ" in Column E are always the "V_Names"/s

Ie: Tonia smiley, Andy McGinty & Fred West are all seeing (X7) "V_Who"/s

what I need to do is have only one instance of each "VTR_Name"/s with then all of the following instances of the next imidiate rows of "V-Who"/s that the "VTR_Name"/s are coming into Speak chat with.

Then, if possible add an Additional 5 X Blank Spaces after the "V_Who"/s for eah record (visitor) this is in-case this changes on the day after printing, to allow for adding to additional "V_Who"/s ,they may request to see.

As shown below their may be more than one "VTR_Name"/s (ie-persons) coming in to chat with the following " V_who"/s

Note:

I don't know if this will help or not with the VBA if there are "ZZZZZZZZ" in Column B then they are always the "V_who"/s ,
same goes for the "ZZZZZZZZ" in Column E these are always the "V_Names"/s (whos coming in to see the "V_Whos")
