Sorting 07

I just started using 07 and am having some difficulity.

How do I get the pivot table to sort by the total column. I used to use the field settings and show deceding by Count of what creates the total column. Can't seem to find the new pathing for this sortation.

I just click in the total area, like the cell below "total" and then hit the sorting button in my menu area, the one with the A-Z icon.

Tried that.
I am able to sort the table by Name 1 or Name 2 using the A-Z or Z-A functions. It will not however, sort desending by the numbers in the Total Column, which is what I need.
