Sorting a column

I need to sort data based on column A, which is the date. Row 3 is a header column with the data starting in row 4.

This is the code I have but it sorts the heading with the data.

Range("A3", Range("O" & Rows.Count).End(xlDown).Address).Sort Key1:=Range("A3"), Order1:=xlAscending

What did I do wrong with it?

I found the problem, I needed A4 where the code has A3.
