Hello, I have a Pivot-table problem. I have fishing competition results that need to be manipulated with a Pivot table. The results of the match are decided by points and weight of fish. The winner is the one who has the least amount of points over two matches and in case of tie in points the one with more fish wins. So, my Pivot table needs to sort the results first by the amount of points (ascending), and after that by amount of fish (descending). So far I have only found how to sort pivot tables by once and cannot figure out with my limited skills how to do the second sort of the same table. Is it even possible to sort Pivots by two conditions and how? thanks, PK

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Put one thing in row area of PT
Another thing in column area of PT
Third thing put the #'s in the data area of the PT.
You can sort the row and column how you like.

You can even sort row or column by #'s in the data area of the PT.

Then autosort options select 'using field' and select the data in the data area that you want to sort by.

Might also want to expiriment with "top ten"?
