Sorting a spreadsheet by the header row

I am trying to sort a spreadsheet by the header row and want all the data beneath each header to move to the new column that the header was sorted to.

Select the Range you wish to sort, including all your data

Data > Sort

Choose "Options"

then "Sort Left to Right" and sort by the row you need (probably row 1 if your headers are in that row
