Sorting and Filtering excel sheet with pictures

Hello Excel experts,

I have an excel sheet with a few tools and their respective pictures. I am trying to find a way to sort and filter the data with their respective pictures. Looks like I can filter them by changing the properties to "move and size with cells" and I can sort them by selecting "move but don't size with cells". Is there a way to filter and sort the file without changing the settings every time.
