I have a workbook with 5 worksheets in it. Column F on each worksheet is titled "Policy?" and I put a "Y" whenever I come across a policy.

How do I:
Sort all the worksheets simultaneously to find all the rows with "Y"?
Copy and paste the row marked with "Y"s into a fresh worksheet?

I don't want to go back into each individual worksheet. Is there an IF function I could use to pull it all together?

Thanks to anyone who replies,
Mia

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Im pretty new to all of this too, but here is my suggestion.

If this is a task that you are going to have to do often, then I would start recording a macro, then go through the steps manualy. Then you can open the macro up in VBE and clean it up a little.

You will be supprised at how much you can learn by using the macro recorder to show you the code for a task.
