Sorting data by two headers, based on my own sort criteria

Hi Everyone,
I need a macro that when run will sort active sheet range B1:H1
but I want the sort order to be based on two list i have

So Column C is Make,
and I have a list of Makes in sheet "Control" range A2:A12

Then column G is Condition
I have a list of Conditions In sheet "Control" range C2:C7

So I want the macro to sort by Make then Condition.

Please help if you can
