Sorting data into groups based on percentages

Hi!

I'm struggling to come up with a way of sorting data into groups of certain percentages. I'm dealing with historical stock prices data and want to split a row of all the returns into groups of top 30%, bottom 30% and the other 40%. The problem is that the all the data is not available at all times and some of the cells display #NA at certain dates. I would like these cells to be excluded for these dates.

If anyone could help me out it would be highly appreciated.
