Sorting data

I have a sheet that contains 3 weeks of schedules vertically.
I need to sort the data so it separates each date to different columns.

The problem i have is that the program outputs the date only for the first cell (A6) and the names are in range (H6:H19).
After the first date there is a blank row and than is the second date in (A22) and names are in range (H26:H45).

Date data is in A column, but the row can change.
Name data is in H column, but the range can change.

One solution is to input date number for each row manually and do simple IF statement =IF($L$4=A6;H6;"")
But is there a way to do this with formula, my knowledge stops here.

Idea here is to import the data from the program to excel and after that i am going to use the formula in another sheet that has the date number (like in L-column)

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
