Hi folks,
I managed to create myself a table collating injuries over a year period. Moths are in the rows, while type of injuries in seperate columns. At the end I of the table I have created a small table adding up all the data over a rolling 12 month period. i.e. 10 hand and finger injuries, eye injuries, arm & shoulder injuries all fromApril 2010 - Apr 2011.
I have generated a graph illustrating how the company is going as far as injury prevention is going.
My problem is getting the data to order itself from largest to smallest. I can order the numbers ok, but the 2 columns will need to remain constant - so the same numbers stay with the same injuries. i.e. 10 Hand injuries, 15 eye injuries & 4 Arm Should injuries.
If I order the data, the numbers might order from highest to smallest, but the injuries may stay the same - meaning that now I'd have 10 eye injuries instead of 15.....
Does anyone know how to order the data in 2 columns so that words and numbers stay together ??
Thanks
