Sorting items according to their recent dates

Hello,
I have the table below that I want to display on a list box, I only want to show the items with recent dates without duplicates for example for the training number 001 i only want to show its recent date 03/03/2020, for the training number 002 i want to display its recent date 02/02/2016 and so on...
can anyone show me how to process thank u

Add Bullets to Range

Thank for your help, I tried to enter the formula but I got an error (synthax error) Iam using French region dates could it be the problem ?

Did you confirm the entry with ctrl+shift+enter, not just enter?
