Sorting out bold type

When checking off an extensive document list, I manually highlight doc numbers by changing them to bold type (Ctrl-B). Then, I would like to shorten the list to only checked posts. I can't find any simple way to do this.

Hi Jan,
maybe a simple other approach will do the job :
add an extra column where you indicate the rows that are correct (ex: enter 1 in the cell) and use conditional formatting to make the other cell bold
Now you can sort the list on the extra added column...
