Hi,
I have a query which is probably more math based than Excel:
I have four columns details invalid transactions on a till system.
The first column lists staff members.
The second column details the average frequency (in days) that a staff member commits an invalid transaction
The third column details the quantity of invalid transactions for the staff member
The forth column details the total value of invalid transactions for the staff member
So, the most severe offenders would be were column 2 has a low number, column 3 and 4 have high numbers.
I'm looking for a formula that will calculate the severity of each staff member which takes into account the frequency (low numbers are worst) the quantity and value. The results of these formulas will be used to sort the table with the worst staff member at the top.
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks.
