Sorting two tables value on the same rows

Hi,
I have a SS which contain at least 700 rows and two different tables from different sources. I require to match each line of two tables by using the same code which appears on both table. Unfortunately, each table has duplicated code number but at the different frequency. Sorting them manually takes me a whole day thus if you have an idea, please advise me how to use which formula work to minimise the time.

I can attach the file if you would like to see it.
