Have a spreadsheet with multiple columns where I want to sort using two columns of data as the sort criteria. I have an SKU column and a Customer ID column each with numbers. There are 12,000 combination of numbers that I want to sort for. For example, I may have an SKU number 1111 and a customer number 222 and want to identify and sort the data set for all occurrences of this combination. There are 12,000 of the combinations among 60,000 rows of data.

How can I sort these out with it being two columns of data? I've spent hours trying to figure this out. Please help if you have a solution.

Many thanks for your help in advance.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I may not see the issue. You want to sort based on two columns of data. Excel can do that. Select Sort from the Data tab on the Ribbon. Select a column for the first level and second level sort.
