Hello,

I have room numbers, and names I would like to sort...ascending to descending.

I know how to use the sort but would like users to have a button that will automatically do it for them.

Say in column A and A7 was the header and A8 thru A200 is the data (room numbers) to the sort. Also, the data in Column B thru J must keep its integrity when sorted.

Do I need a macro for this or is there another feature. (Excel 2000)

Thanks,
Eric

If you really want a macro why not try recording one when you do the sort.

You could then assign it to a button.
