Spashscreen special FX

Hi,
I have a splash screen that come up at the opening of a workbook for about three seconds and them dissapears. Does anyone know how I can have the screen come up, have a sound wave play a four second piece of music, and then have the screen dissappear?

You may need to add "DoEvents" to get two things working at once?
