special formatting of .txt file

I have Inventory Transaction Register reports that are generated in a format I cannot change.
The file I have linked is the format that it is given to me in.

I will be taking this Inventory Transaction Register for our physical warehouse sales and using it to update our online market place quantities.
I need 1 row per sku with columns showing - total quantity credited, total quantity adjusted, total quantity sold.

There are 3 types of possible transactions to handle within this file.
CR memo - Total quantity credited:
Downward adjustment - Total quantity adjusted:
Sale - Total quantity sold:

Each SKU can have any combination of those three transactions.

Possible combinations per individual SKU:
1 transaction type - 1 transaction for that type
1 transaction type – multiple transactions for that type
multiple transaction type - 1 transaction per type
multiple transaction types - multiple transactions per type
multiple transaction types - 1 transaction for at least 1 type, multiple transactions for at least 1 type


I’m not sure what questions to search to solve this problem myself. If someone could please point me in the right direction that would be great.
