Special Formulas For Worksheets

I have a worksheet/workbook which I use for our church's bus trips and need assistance in further customizing formulas, as follows:

Names & Fares Paid sheet-Column L - this column is the fare for the trip. Currently, I enter the balance manually in Column L. Cell C28 of the Expenses sheet, which is the total fares to be collected, links to Cell L65 of Names & Fares Paid.
1. Column A of Names & Fares Paid is a special column for children whose fare will not be calculated in the total. I would like to put an X in the Cell and have the Balance in the corresponding cell in Column L display $0.
2. I would like to enter the Balance one time in cell L5 of Names & Fares Paid, and have a formula that will cause this amount to be copied in Column L of a the rows below only when there is a name in Columns C & D of that row, except when there is an X in Column A of that row. If there is no name in Columns C & D, Column L of that row will either be blank or display $0.

I copied the worksheet below. Is there a way that I can attach the worksheet in this forum so you can see exactly how it displays in Excel?

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Is there a way that I can attach the worksheet in this forum so you can see exactly how it displays in Excel?
Check out COLO's HTML Maker utility at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to do display your sheet on the board.

Hope it helps,
Dan

Actually, Colo's utility has not yet been restored to functional yet, but it's a good thing to have for when it does return.
