Specific words in an IF statement

I want column C to say CLOSED when Columns A & B both say COMPLETE
I tried =if(a2=b2, CLOSED) but that gives me results whenever A & B match (including when they are both blank). I only want results when A & B say COMPLETE. What am I leaving off the formula?

Try this formula:

=IF(AND(A2="COMPLETE",B2="COMPLETE"),"CLOSED","")
