speed up excel code

i have made a quite large excel document where users can add, edit and delete data in a large table.

i am happy with the result, but it is a bit slow.
flickering and quite long loading times.

i am just a beginner at vba
so i guess my code is quite "bad" since i search for code and put them together...

is there any good tips i can get on how to improve code, better the performance of a document?
