I have the below formula but when I paste it, it gives #SPILLS!

=COUNTIFS(PYD_DATA[Region],{"AF","EAP","EUR","NEA","SCA","WHA"},PYD_DATA[Qtr Rptd],"Q1")

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Do you want the result in a single cell or a cell for each criteria in the array? Perhaps

=SUM(COUNTIFS(PYD_DATA[Region],{"AF","EAP","EUR","NEA","SCA","WHA"},PYD_DATA[Qtr Rptd],"Q1"))
