Spilt one excel to multiple excel file with criteria

Please help me split one excel to multiple excel files based on highlited yellow colum
muliple sheet should have all same name in one sheet for example all POWER ENGINEERS - TIRUPUR details should be in one file.

my VBA is not working please help and send zip or rar file

What ranges is your data in?
What range are highlighted yellow?
Please post your VBA code.
