split a cell ?

if i have two words in one cell how can i split it into two cells ??

any idea

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Try using Data-Text to Columns from the menu, if your words are separated by a space, use the Delimited option on the first page of the wizard and choose Space as your delimiter.
