I have a data file with one address field. Inside that one cell are several address lines seperated by hard returns within the cell. How can I split that one cell into several different cells with one address line?

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
tried that. but since i don't have any delimiters other than spaces. it doesn't work. splits everywhere there is a space.

You can use text to columns...
You mentioned they are seperated by hard returns?

In Text To Columns - Deliminated
Check OTHER
In the other box..
Hold down the ALT Key and type 010 - release ALT Key
the 010 must be typed from the number pad on right side of keyboard..
Finish.

Hope that helps.
