I am currently using this formula to apply percent of contribution to the total
=IF(SUM($H$3:$H$6)=1,F4*$I$6,"Error")

Percent of Contribution (Column H)Bonus Split (column I)
0%0
27.35%2,294.12
32.45%4,205.88
0%0
Total6,500

Now I would like to change the formula to apply this:
Highest percent of contribution = 45% of total
Next highest percent of contribution = 30% of total
Next highest percent of contribution = 15%
and lowest percent of contribution = 10%

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
