Spread A column values 25 times to Column B

Hello,
I would be thankful if somebody helps me on this simple task.

I have a column with descending values
1
2
4
5
etc.
I would like to have in another sheet the same values in a column with 25 row segments and second row with specific text for each row in the segment, for example
1 a12
1 b12
1 c12
1 d12
etc.
2 a22
2 b22
2 c22
2 d22
etc.
4 a44
4 b44
4 c44
4 d44
...
end so forth for each value in column A.
I am very beginner in Macros and still hard to tie a logic between the columns. Without Macros I figured out that I can copy Column A 25 times under itself and than with some filtering populate for each of the segments row by row. I got this idea at the time of registering here .. worth trying. Anyway if somebody can help me using macros would be wonderful.

Cheers,

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
