I have a worksheet that is quite complex (have lookups from other worksheets along with queries)I need to email this worksheet to others daily. It is getting quite large thus timely when sending or opening. I was wondering is there a way to simplify the spreadsheet prior to emailing. Such as eliminating all of the lookup links, queries etc... Something like a cut and paste, pasting only the values, but also keeping the format(borders, cell size etc..) of the sheet itself. It seems like a MACRO but maybe there was an easier way especially when you are trying to copy the format. Any help would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Try this:

1. Right click the tab of the sheet you wish to EMail and choose Move or Copy.
2. In the To Book box choose (new book) and check Create a copy (very important).
3. In the new workbook right click the grey box above the row numbers and to the left of the column letters and choose Copy.
4. Right click again and choose Paste Special, check Values and click OK.
5. Save the new workbook with a name you like and EMail that.
