Spreadsheet Locking

I'm using protected and restricted cells (xlUnlockedCells) in a worksheet that I've devloped as a template. For some reason, when I add data to the worksheet it locks up when I get to a certain row on the bottom. Any suggestions? Means of troubleshooting?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
