Spreadsheet Log

Hello everyone. I have a spreadsheet in Excel that is for a receiving report for a warehouse. In cell K2 it has an automatic numbering code which is the following:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Dim x As Range
Set x = Sheets("Receiving Report").Range("k2")
If IsNull(x) Then
x = 1
Else: x.Value = x.Value + 1
End If
End Sub

1. What I need now is a code that on Sheet 2 - Named "Receiving Report Log" which automatically starts at A5 and puts in the first report number which is cell K2 on the Receiving report

2. Line B5 needs to reflect the name of the project which comes from line B4 on the Receiving report.

3. Line C5 needs to reflect the date which is on line I2

4. Line D5 needs to reflect the vendor name from line I3

5. Line E5 needs to reflect the PO number from line J6

6. Line F5 needs to reflect the Item description from lines A10 - A-19 but only show if they are filled out.

Everytime they open the spreadsheet (template) and it makes a new number, it needs to reflect this on the Log.

Can this be done with code? If so, any help would be wonderful.
